SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders with free standard shipping should arrive within 5-7 business after ordering. Orders with expedited shipping should arrive within 3 business days after ordering. If you provided an email address or phone number, you will receive a shipping notification once your order ships with your tracking number included.

  • Hurry!!! Our fulfillment team ships most orders within 15 minutes during normal business hours. So there’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order before it ships. Contact us and we’ll do our best to help you out.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Canada at this time, but let us know if you have a U.S. address, or friends or family here, that you pick up from. Several of our Canadian customers have arranged for this and it works out well.

  • Our carriers ask that we wait 48 hours after delivery (excluding Sundays and holidays!) to file a claim. Sometimes orders will show up as delivered even though they’re still in transit. Check your tracking notification to see if the carrier gave a location where the package was left, and be sure to look there. After 48 hours, if you’re still not seeing your package, let us know and we will take care of you!

  • Ugh, we are so sorry your order was damaged in transit! Just contact us right away at with your order number and we’ll take care of things.

  • Oops! We’re human and sometimes we goof up. Just reach out to us, and we’ll correct the mistake right away!

  • Standard Pro/Chow offers 35g of protein in a great-tasting, stomach-filling chowder to help you bulk up and hit those weights hard.

    Pro/Chow+ offers all of the same benefits but with an added boost of immunity from vitamin C and Zinc, so you don't have to let anything slow you down during cold season.

  • Simply add two cups boiled water to a pouch of PRO/CHOW in a heat safe container of your choice. Shake or stir until fully mixed and thickened. Enjoy!

    While PRO/CHOW is delicious as is, some customers like to add a little extra ingredient or two based prefrence. Try adding some fresh boiled clams or a dash of your favorite hot sauce.

  • It's not chowder if it doesn't have clams – and clams have naturally high sodium from the ocean. But don't worry, sodium is essential to any successful workout as a way to retain and replace electrolytes.

  • Yes, the PRO/CHOW can be safely frozen, although, it is shelf-stable for upwards of 18 months.

    Although the pouch can be frozen, it is not technically designed for it. If you decide to freeze your chowder, we suggest transferring it to a freeze-safe container first.
